Again, what role does ICT play in bringing this change? In dictating how we
are governed? In ensuring that our new constitution is followed to the
letter? In getting the masses educated, so they do not get to elect
sycophants to higher offices?

We had our chance in 2007 but chose it to go at different tribes, that is
farthest we could see our problems coming from.  

At the same time. politicians in Kenya, however how much the urban
population may hate them, are dutifully elected and appointed to their
positions. 

 

As voters, we may lack a basis to demonstrate against people we had a choice
to vote for. 

 

What may be the solution is voter education.
