[kictanet] How much does it cost to develop an iPhone application?

Thanks guys for the insights,

Might you know how many iPhone handsets are in use in Kenya? The admob
spreadsheet did not list Kenya - meaning there were less than 10,000 unique
impressions from Kenya.
