Thank you Victor, just curious about the following line:
"They will work together to devise faster, effective and more robust
strategies for providing ICT connectivity in unserved and underserved rural
areas", i find this statement to be an afront on PPP and
Multistakeholderism, i guess there is a need to balance thinking globally
and meeting locally, at what level does the Mwanainchi participate? we have
loads of ideas and strategies that need to be tested before we can devise
more...
