You miss the point, a patriotic Kenyan is willing to do it for free why should 
the government go an pay for the same service?

Areba is a true ICT enthusiast to him it is less painful to redo the site for 
free than keep being associated with such a site being Kenyan.

This looks like what it should be (at least) but State House can do better? They 
can afford 3mice, dotsavvyafrica, etc, no?
I wonder who is responsible for State House website? Does Directorate of Govt 
ICT oversee these things? We still don't have an answer regarding the Kenya 
Police website, or is there?
