[kictanet] IP Theft, a scam or both?

hah hah hah.. the Kenyan website has suddenly gone offline..

a quick  WHOIS at kenic will show you the company which has hosted  the
culprit including a telephone number which am sure by now is MTEJA

Kenyans steal everything ..   from elections to  hotels to cemetery land..
even maize that is still in the shamba and now online pencil portraits ..
