Dear Nyaki,

The objects are fine as far as I am concerned. The challenges will be in the 
implementation, especially a) and c). I hope we will debate these later. Perhaps 
the lawyers among us can enlighten us on how you can regulate media whose 
freedom and independence is guaranteed by the constitution. Regards. tim
