1. I have more relevant (in my field) work than I am possibly able to cope
with, this would just be but a distraction.
2. I don't have the time and finances to support the project further for
free.
3. I'm not sure it's an economically feasible project (specifically, how
would it be monetized)?
4. In its current form, it's of limited value.
