Dennis on a lighter note police are not enforcing Kiboko, Kibati
talked about enforcement, Chiefs and headmen should be given the task
of caning errant drivers :-), i just saw on a friends wall on Facebook
that Police in Zimbabwe have replaced the fine meted when you are
found using your cell phone while driving with a jail sentence, i have
not verified this, this is the way to go since i also cannot resist
the temptation to use my cell phone.
