The Anti-Piracy Manager for Microsoft West, East and Central Africa & Indian
Ocean Islands (WECA) is a WECA Central role that may be based in any of the
WECA sub-regions (i.e. Nairobi, Johannesburg, Port Louis, Lagos or Senegal).

 When it comes to finding the best candidate for the job, sometimes you

Your referral fee will be paid at the end of the successful candidate’s
first month of employment with Microsoft, withholding tax.

*Who is eligible to participate?*

· All FTE employees in WECA

*Who is not  eligible to participate?*

· Contingent / Vendor staff

· Hiring Manager of the position

· Members of the WECA LT and Regional LT

· Human Resources

*What does not qualify for a referral?*

· Candidates, currently employed as contingent/vendor staff, converting to a
FTE position

· Candidates, who are already known to Microsoft because they already have
applied for a job

· Partner Policy:  Current full time employees from Microsoft partners are
not eligible as an employee referral.  If an employee from a Partner would
like to apply for a job at Microsoft, please refer the person to our
exter­nal career website and the person will be considered on equal term as
any other candidate applying for the job.
