[kictanet] [KICTAnet] Update on National Optical FiberBackboneInfrastructure (NOFBI)

What amuses me is that there is absolutely no input from anyone in the
public universities in these discussions. KENET I believe supplies all the
universities with world class bandwidth but the most this bandwidth is used
for is Facebook and Youtube and by characters like me to take advantage and
download 7gb of chinese language learning material in an hour.

 Is it that no-one is aware/interested or is it not a priority?
