Well laudable objectives and very clear milestones.

I would really like to see the digitization of government processes
especially Kalmyk those that are routinely transactionla e.g renewal of
driving licences. I recently spent 3hours in a line at times tower just to
hand over some money and be issued a piece of unremarkable paper. Its wasted
time and effort. Also decentralization of such services would help in time
saving.

What about coal mining in ukambani?
