[kictanet] Is there an sms blockade by safaricom to Telkom?

Hello all,
Looks like there is now flow of sms, however the ones for saturday, sunday
and monday (Today) till 11.13am are "lost"
It is hoped the concerned will explain this outage and also make good a
refund for the non delivered sms as has been the case in the past.
