[kictanet] KIXP connectivity

Hallo Brian,

The basic requirements for joining KIXP is 

1.       An interested party has to be a licensed operator. That is holds a
valid CCK issued operator's license.

2.       Be willing to abide by the internal TESPOK policies and peering
code of conduct

It might be beneficial to post the KIXP membership requirements on this list
- just in case there might be others who would be interested in joining and
may be facing similar challenges to Robert.
