The Kenya ICT Board now has an electronic copy. The report does not now belong to Mckinsey (note name) but to the Government through the Kenya ICT Board. The Kenya ICT Board sought and received funding for its development from the Rockefeller Foundation. We shall update our website (www.ict.go.ke) accordingly.
