Why MS-Word? just PDF it and send to members. I have nothing against Microsoft other than their rapid upgrades with little or no backward compatibility issues (read forced upgrades).

Instead of talking about the venue of the meeting, we should look at
the issues raised.
There are valid points raised on the need to have these bodies
established in order to have some changes in the wider communication
sector.
I've downloaded one of the documents and if it's fine with those who
don't have them yet or have a problem in accessing them, I can convert
to Word then send over.
