Hi Gilda,

Yes the ad on the site and in the dailies both reference EOI documents that
need to be returned to the ministry/board before an RFP is issued. Now,
there is nowhere on the site or the board one can access the said EOI
documents. Below is an excerpt:

Following the EOI, Kenya ICT Board will issue Requests for Proposals (RFP)
to successful EOI applicants. Completed
EOI documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "International IT
Investment and Outsourcing Country
Positioning" should be addressed to:

The EOI documents referenced above is what I am requesting for.
