Using your analogy, I supose Andrea's concern would be: "what happens to
those folks on Safaricom who've been calling you all along; ostensibly
because you were on Safaricom (same network as they)."

Assuming high cross-network charges, would they have any means of knowing
that you no longer belong to Safaricom?
