[kictanet] THE KENYA COMMUNICATIONS (RADIO COMMUNICATIONS AND FREQUENCY SPECTRUM) REGULATIONS, 2009

I was wondering how much work if any has been done in trying to harmonise
these regulations within the EA region. If not are there any plans of doing
this?  Or are there any anticipated benefits of harmonizing or not.
