[kictanet] Correct URL - PS roots for local digital content at Tandaa Symposium

If Harry has not changed his trade ¨yet¨, he might as well tell us  
¨when¨ he is planning do so ;-)

However, that issue with the link looks like there is a problem  
somewhere with the server where that site is hosted. I think the site  
admin needs to sort out something regarding his links.
