Hi,

Some of you may recall that sometimes in February, GoSS published a tender call for the supply and installation of VC Equipment. Unfortunately, the 3 short-listed eligible companies that responded either under the misconception that the global economic sanctions against the Sudan affect Southern Sudan (Southern Sudan is exempted), or fearing certainity or otherwise of the outcome of the just ended elections all backed-out last minute.

Because the material project is about to come to an end, instead of re-advertising (which would take long), it has been proposed that quotations be directly soliticed from competent companies/suppliers.
