Hi all:

does anyone know the progress of:

- implementation of universal access/service fund (USF) in the above EAC member countries 

- whether ICT regulatory bodies in those countries also set the levy at 1 per cent of the telecoms operators' gross revenue

- and how the implementation of the fund in those countries has improved access to telecoms services and internet connctivity?

-and state/progress of kenya's USF?
