Hi Fellow Visioners,
 
One would have thought that with the advent of e-voting (in the form of e-registration) and the push for a new and transformed Kenya that is in the air, the Kenya's jewel Diaspora too would have been prioritized as a major pillar for posterity. Far from it, they are not likely to even participate in the forthcoming historic constitutional referendum. Read the attached.
