Folks,
If you may, i would submit that it is worth tabling the age long subject of "license" and "spectrum" again and this time i have some questions in the context of what is prevailing?
1. What is the value in issuing a license with or without a spectrum and how does it affect the dynamics of the market?
2. What is the value in issuing a clasical license and charging a huge fee for spectrum such that the big guys in the market are concerned?
Eric here
NB: These are just two elements in the factors for affordable broadband.
