[kictanet] Who is ICT Board?

The coast is obviously very lovely. But since government, most of the
corporates players and, most likely, all the others, too, are in Nairobi,
wouldn't it have been environmentally friendlier, and much easier and more
accessible to just hold the event in Nairobi? I'll have to miss out on this
one - I'm no something-something board or NGO with big travel budgets :)
