The Ministry of Education, Kenya ICT Trust Fund, Microsoft, and UNESCO with
the support of ICWE Africa are pleased to announce the forthcoming Regional
Education Conference on e-Learning scheduled for 29th - 31st March 2010 at
Kenya Institute of Education. 

 

The Conference whose theme is "Transforming Education through e-Learning" is
aimed at discussing key issues on ICT in education for Kenya and the East
African region for prioritization in Kenya's development agenda as
stipulated in Vision 2030.

 

The conference sub-themes and focus areas are:

.         Capacity Building

.         Infrastructure

.         Connectivity

.         ICT integration in education.

 

The conference targets educators, secondary schools heads, schools ICT
champions and stakeholders in the ICT for Education sector.
