This  is  exactly  what  Africa  needs  to enhance and  develop  its education.ICT  is  the  gateway  to industrialization .If  this is adopted and  governments  more  so  East African leverage  fibre optic technology  disparities   in the education  sector  would  be  greatly diminished.  Just  a thought.
