I totally agree.  And am sure you and my friend Kihanya (of NCS) must by now have brewed a draft  Data Protection Bill. If so, might it be a nice idea to share it/float it? so that Operators and their customers could begin to digest the implications in advance...

i thot so too. in other words. you cant pull this off (broadcast) without Safcom's nod. Unless ofcourse they are confessing that they are unable to manage/secure their network (this would be more devastating to concede ;-).
