Dear Walu,

Thank you for posting this...

This is an excellent programme for anyone wanting to understand governance
issues relating to the internet including telecom infrastructure, IP
addresses, domain name system, internet exchanges, etc.

This year the Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme (IGCBP) will
be delievered in partnership with institutions in the African-Carribean
region including the the Multimedia University (MMU).

There are several successful DIPLO IGCBP alumni from Kenya active on this
list including Walu, Brian Longwe, Grace 'Bomu', Barrack Otieno, Judy Okite,
Margaret Nyambura, Sammy Gatere, Wycliffe Ochieng', Melissa Makokha and
others who may wish to comment on content and delivery of the programme.

See Diplo Alumni map - http://www.diplomacy.edu/edu/alumni/map.htm

Kind regards
Mwende
