CNN has highlighted the fact that Haitians are being buried in mass
graves without any records being made? The asian Tsumani victims had
photos taken and matched to their 'mass grave' so the relatives will
get some sort of closure.

Is there an existing ICT initiative that is helping to keep records of
the dead and match them to their 'mass grave'? ...or an effort to help
relatives not look for someone forever? I'd be happy to bring together
volunteers to assist with such.
