Anyone knows of an outside Catering company or better still the University
has a catering Unit and UNES, they can be invited and then interested buyers
do it at their pleasure , the important issue is the *days agenda*, they
should just ensure that the Price of the refreshments cuts across the
socio-economic sphere and the menu is democratic.
