Listers....

Can we extend the CCTV phenomenon to our hoghways? For instance, KDN's
Butterfly traffic cameras cover the main CBD streets...and main roads
into CBD...Msa rd, Langata, Ngong, Wiayaki...etc. If the same were to
be on highways..especially around our highway 'black spots', we may
deter some of the rogue drivers.

How do we apply ICT in sorting out our <vehicle inspection> process
for PSVs? Buses/matatus stall in the Tsavo wildreness or crash every
other night on the way to Mombasa, Eldoret etc yet they have been
'inspected'....especially during this peak travel season.
