[kictanet] Vandalism menace

 As we discuss the vandalism menace, lets consider also they way the fibres are laid.  Take a look at Argwings Kodhek road where there are quite a number of overhead fibres on the KPLC lines, these cables hung so precariously that two days a go a bus almost cut one of them.  If it did, it might have been considered vandalism!

There was high risk of electrocution  when the driver attempted to remove it from the bus carrier.  Which begs the question, are there standards in place that these contractors adhere to or what is the situation?
