[kictanet] Safaricom partners with KPLC to expand its-good for the industry

Seems like Safcom is quite good in R&D, they are cracking the hard nuts, had
a chance to meet two young engineers yesterday and the guys were really
good, i was impressed to say the least we can only expect greater things,
PPP ndio Njia.
