Dear Paul  and all members  ,  Strathmore university has  launched  an  ICT  incubation program  called SITT  (Strathmore Innovation Technology Transfer Program).This is  an  ICT based incubation  program  geared to  commercialize ICT  based  innovations and enterprises.
