Bob,
Nice Idea, KDN is upto something, Michael Joseph had also indicated in some
earlier post before the new year when i had raised the issue of unnecessary
road accidents  that he would be interested in supporting such noble ideas,
maybe a PPP would be a great idea, we could follow up on the issue
