[kictanet] Safaricom Challenges on M-Pesa after Upgrade

We do have a solution & terminal that issues the m-Pesa receipts I believe the 
problem would have been solved.

VISA has always given me a paper trail, every month. i can also login
to my visa account online and see what has been charged to my card and
when. It should be relatively trivial for safcom to do something
