[kictanet] Media Owners Assoc. (MOA) cry about Digital TV signals

I saw on the news yesterday MOA claiming some foul play over digital TV signals. I didnt quite understand the issue.  Anybody wanting to break it down in simple english? Eng. Kariuki/Obam or maybe its CCKs monkey?
