[kictanet] Kenic seems to be down

Dear Yawe

KENIC Backup point to Point link to the Internet exchange point (KIXP)  
is intermittent/ fluctuating.
The Primary link is currently down as a  result of cable vandalism on  
waiyaki way.

The situation is been rectified.
.KE domain names availability has not been affected Since .KE root  
secondary servers are 99.99% available
