Dear All,

This is a non-IT piece but very thought provoking. Especially interesting
for business executives and policy makers. I remember one professor friend
who maintains that the only responsibility a corporation has, is to its
shareholders. Dr Kamani, the author of this piece is of the same mindset
though he argues for regulation as probably the most effective ³protector²
