PS: I saw a debate about the .eac domain, every state wanting to host
it...any agreement reached?

[] From my understanding of how this would probably work is that the EAC
would be the sponsoring organizations with the respective cctld's being the
in-country Agents for want of a better word.  However that now becomes the
technical discussion which is always easier than the political which is
covered by the EAC secretariat.
