Distinguished colleagues,

I dont see the problem in Fencing 5000 acres of Land if there is
Justification, in Europe , respect for other peoples property and
order is the name of the game, the community has already started
protesting what prevents them from marching into the park and "taking
over" once they get some self styled leader in the future, this are
realities we must consider, we should learn from the sugar cane
plantation wars in Mumias and Nzoia plus i am sure there are lots of
vested interests politically and socially that might have to be
handled with care
