[kictanet] Kenya communication regulations 2009

Hi all 

Just wondering how the stakeholder session  for the regulations will be
structured.   I can't see the programme on the CCK website

Such a programme is necessary to know what is discussed when and  of course
the time available for  submissions

What is the capacity of the stakeholder workshop  - is it  a comments
gathering or a negotiation platform where necessary?
