 Dear All - the IGF Open Consultations are going on right now at
the European Broadcasting Union in Geneva. There is a lot of
mention and interest in the just concluded EA-IGF and other
regional initiatives. YOU can participate as follows:


Webcast

The proceedings of the planning meeting are Webcast in the
realmedia format, which requires the [1]realplayer.

Making Interventions Remotely

Remote participants may send in interventions through the

Instructions

With skype please send a skype chat message first with your
request for an intervention and then we will indicate when you
can call in.

With the phone number please phone in and your call will be
answered, please state that you would like to make an
intervention and at an appropriate time you will be transfered to
the floor.

Please note the skype and phone line are not for listening in
they are specifically for making interventions.
The process is not automatic and some delay will occur.

NB: Verbatim transcripts will not be provided after this meeting
but the audio record will be made available.
