Eric and listers, i have a feeling once this Universal Access Fund Issue is
sorted across Africa then pricing will take care of itself, in my humble
opinion, such feats will only be achieved through constant engagement by
regional multistakeholder representatives including Parliamentarians as
demonstrated by the EAIGF, how can we achieve price reduction when for
instance we can not agree on the defination of Broadband?
