Reminds me of a contention between Mich and Eng Rege during EAIGF of whether
to dig , or not to dig am not sure what the best answer is, i think the
Sabotage is real, probably someone has discovered some use for the Fibre in
the Bundu's its such a complicated issue, might require solutions similar to
what KWS is doing in addressing Human Wildlife conflict, education and
Sensitization are key, maybe the regulator could assist in Community
awareness initiatives due to the grave danger this outages pose to the
economy.
