[kictanet] Ebrief on 2009 Budget from DCDM

Does the removal of 25% import duty and 16% VAT removed from TV / 
Digital cameras and Video Camcorders also apply to Surveillance (CCTV) 
Cameras? It really hurts to quote CCTV (network) prices to someone who 
has been robbed. This will help improve security in Kenya.
