Hi,
Probably unrelated to the question asked, today I was struck by a question
asked by a Strathmore University student on Louis Otieno Live on Citizen TV.
The programme was on the budget and the student wanted to know the status of
the business park that had been 'promised' in last years budget as a means
of curbing youth unemployment. He expressed disappointment that even after a
budgetary allocation, the 10,000 jobs that were to be created from the said
business park are yet to be realised and wondered if the Government and
other stakeholders were really sincere....Unfortunately, the Govt
representative at the talk show was the Minister  for Agriculture and he
seemed to have no information...
