WHY WAIT?? Who said 'Kazi Kwa Vijana' should be limited to slashers  
and forko jembes.

Get the ministries dishing out 'government records digitization jobs'  
to qualified youth under the Kazi Kwa Vijana framework which is  
already approved. Sir Humphrey Appleby would call it 'Jobs For The  
Boys'.
