[kictanet] Seacom goes live?

For those of us who have been keenly watching the packets since seacom
launch, there are 2 outstanding pioneers today in the comms segment. 2
companies usher in a new era in communications for kenya.

Unofficial personal data, Services Providers that have Seacom packets
pumping in their networks :

- GSM Operator Safaricom : Went Live on Seacom +29 hours of Seacom Launch

- Data Operator KDN : Went live testing on Seacom -72 Hours before Seacom
Launch.

A big congrats goes out to visionary companies as the 2 above. Historically
a great achievement.
