[kictanet] Seacom goes live?

[Bill Kagai]

On further scrutiny, AS6453 connects me straight from Palo Alto via
San Jose to London to Kenya.

Is it true that Tata owns AS6453??? Brian??? Can I be put on 'Seacom'
straight from Silicon Valley????

Please elaborate for those in the know?? I don't know how the cable works....
